2026-2027 General Update (GENUP) Course:

This four (4) hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission course fulfills the 2026-2027 General Update continuing education (CE) requirements and must be completed annually by June 10th. GENUP must be completed by all provisional and non-provisional brokers after their first year of licensure who are not Brokers-In-Charge and/or do not haveĀ BIC eligibleĀ status. Said students are those who wish to renew their licenses on active status.Ā Ā Ā

This four (4) hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission course fulfills the 2026-2027 BIC Update continuing education (CE) requirements that must be completed annually by June 10th. BICUP must be completed by for Brokers-In-Charge or brokers who have BIC eligible status. Said students are those who wish to renew their licenses on active status.

Elective #3631: For Your Own Good: The REALTORĀ® Ā Code of Ethics (Version 2024-2025)

This course meets the National Association of REALTORSĀ® membership requirement that must be met every three years by NAR members by Dec. 2024. This course also provides four hours of real estate elective credit. Remember, not all brokers are REALTORS Ā®. Only REALTORSĀ® are required to take this course, but of course anyone may take the course.
