Dream Builders Academy, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course as needed.  Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course will be given a minimum 24-hour notice of the cancellation or revised course schedule. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, students will have the following options: Â
- Attend the course on the rescheduled date. Â
- Request to receive a full refund of tuition paid upon formally withdrawing. Â
- Re-enroll in a similar course (tuition price, number of hours, etc) offered at a later date.Â
Withdrawals and Transfers / Refunds:
There will be no refunds granted for âNo Showsâ.
Any student needing to terminate a class should be done in writing but does not include via text messaging systems at least 48 hours prior to the start of class.
A student may withdraw from a course by giving written notice to the Education Provider prior to the start of the course, but not the same day. In such event, the student will have the following options:
⢠As a one-time courtesy, students may transfer their tuition to another course of the same type starting six months or less from withdrawal date at no additional charge.
⢠Request tuition refund equal to class enrollment, but less 10% administrative fee.
A student who terminates enrollment in a course either with written notice to the Education Provider on or after the first day of class, or by exceeding the allowed amount of course time missed, will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of paid Tuition.
