2026-2027 GeneralĀ Update (GENUP):
Course Description: This four (4) hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission course fulfills the 2026-2027 General Update continuing education (CE) requirements and must be completed annually by June 10th. GENUP must be completed by all provisional and non-provisional brokers after their first year of licensure who are not Brokers-In-Charge and/or do not haveĀ BIC eligibleĀ status. Said students are those who wish to renew their licenses on active status.

2026-2027 Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP):
Course Description: This four (4) hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission course fulfills the 2026-2027 BIC Update continuing education (CE) requirements that must be completed annually by June 10th. BICUP must be completed by for Brokers-In-Charge or brokers who have BIC eligible status. Said students are those who wish to renew their licenses on active status.
