2023-2024 Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP):

Course Description: This four (4) hour course created by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission course fulfills the 2023-2024 BIC Update continuing education (CE) requirements that must be completed annually by June 10th. BICUP must be completed by for Brokers-In-Charge or brokers who have BIC eligible status. Said students are those who wish to renew their licenses on active status.

Elective #3904: Everything I know about Real Estate, I Learned from the Movies (and TV).

Course Description: Land and real estate brokers are often motifs and characters on screen. Here we will review a variety of critical concepts in real property theory and NC license law/rules by examining clips from cinema and television. You will enjoy this video-rich course which includes clips from many renowned and recognizable movies.

Elective #3896: For Your Own Good: The REALTOR®  Code of Ethics (Version 2023-2024) 

Course Description: This course meets the National Association of REALTORS® membership requirement that must be met every three years by NAR members by Dec. 2024. This course also provides four hours of real estate elective credit. Remember, not all brokers are REALTORS ®. Only REALTORS® are required to take this course, but of course anyone may take the course.
